Booking Policy with Explore Vision Nepal

• Any trip booking is confirmed with agreed procedure of 15% advance payment to the Explore Vision Nepal. The 15% charge is non-refundable after the trip confirmation.
• The remaining deposit is to be fulfilled upon arrival or before the trip proceeds.

Cancellation Policy

• If you have a change of mind due to any circumstances, you can cancel the trip. As for the deposit, it will be credited for your future tour with Explore Vision Nepal. We highly recommend that you reschedule your trip when you can, you are always welcome!

Required Itinerary Modification in case

In some cases, like if you are trekking to Everest and have a flight schedule to Lukla, there are high possibility of delays. Programs like this can be slightly modified for the safety reasons and operational possibility.

Explore Vision Nepal is not responsible for any unexpected delays; cancellations occurred by uncontrollable incidents!
